China Shenhua Energy to host 2025 interim results presentation

China Shenhua Energy Company Limited will host an online interim results presentation on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 16:00 to 17:00. The event, held at the Shanghai Stock Exchange SSE roadshow center, will allow investors to engage with the company’s directors and senior management regarding its 2025 interim results and operating conditions.

The interim report for 2025 is scheduled for release on August 30, 2025. Investors can submit questions in advance through the "Questions Collection" section of the SSE roadshow center from August 29, 2025, to September 4, 2025 (before 16:00), or via email to ir@shenhua.cc by September 3, 2025 (before 17:00). The company will address questions of general concern during the presentation.

The board includes Mr. Zhang Changyan as executive director, Mr. Kang Fengwei and Mr. Li Xinhua as non-executive directors, and Dr. Yuen Kwok Keung, Dr. Chen Hanwen, and Mr. Wang Hong as independent non-executive directors.
