China Modern Dairy announces leadership changes, board reshuffle effective September 1

China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. announced significant changes to its board and committee composition, effective September 1, 2025. Zhao Jiejun will resign as a non-executive director, citing personal health reasons. Consequently, he will step down as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and chairman of the strategy and development committee. Zhao will transition to a specialist consultant role at Inner Mongolia Aiyangniu Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company.

Chen Yiyi, currently a non-executive director, will assume Zhao's former responsibilities, being appointed chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and chairman of the strategy and development committee. The company expressed gratitude to Zhao for his leadership and welcomed Chen to his new appointments.

Further changes include Lee Kong Wai, Conway, ceasing his role as a member of the nomination committee. Gan Lu, a non-executive director, will be appointed in his place to enhance board diversity and support strategic objectives. The board believes Gan's expertise will significantly contribute to the company.
