Meilleure Health International Group declares interim dividend, reports revenue shift

Meilleure Health International Industry Group (HKEX:2327) has declared an interim dividend of HK$0.0015 per share for the six months ended June 30, 2025, totaling approximately HK$6.141 m. Shareholders on record as of October 2, 2025, will receive payment on October 31, 2025. The company's share register will be closed from September 26 to October 2, 2025, for this purpose.

For the first half of 2025, total revenue decreased by 41.7% to HK$17.453 m, down from HK$30.033 m in the same period last year, primarily due to reduced sales in construction materials and healthcare-related products. Despite this, gross profit margin improved significantly to 81.1% from 51.3%. Profit after tax increased by 84.1% to HK$15.144 m, compared to HK$8.230 m previously, driven by increased rental income and higher interest income.

The Group's non-current assets increased by HK$18.6 m, reaching HK$999.045 m, while current assets rose by HK$61.8 m to HK$750.044 m. Total liabilities also increased by HK$62.8 m to HK$530.153 m. Net assets for the period were HK$1.218 bn, representing a HK$17.6 m increase, mainly from exchange gains and profit for the period, partially offset by dividends and share repurchases.
