Anta Sports clarifies position on Canada Goose acquisition reports

Anta Sports Products Limited has clarified that it is not a party to the potential acquisition of Canada Goose Holdings Inc., following media reports on the matter. The announcement, made pursuant to Rule 13.10 of the Listing Rules, confirms the company's non-involvement in the reported transaction.

The board of directors, having made reasonable enquiries, stated that they are not aware of any information requiring disclosure to prevent a false market in the company's securities or any inside information under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

The announcement was made on August 28, 2025, by order of the board, with chairman Mr. Ding Shizhong signing off. The executive directors of the company are Mr. Ding Shizhong, Mr. Ding Shijia, Mr. Lai Shixian, Mr. Wu Yonghua, Mr. Zheng Jie, and Mr. Bi Mingwei. The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Yiu Kin Wah Stephen, Mr. Lai Hin Wing Henry Stephen, Ms. Wang Jiaqian, and Ms. Xia Lian.
