BlackRock reduces stake in ENN Energy amid privatization

BlackRock, Inc. disclosed two recent sale transactions of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. shares on August 22, 2025. These dealings were made for the account of discretionary investment clients and involved ADS of the Offeree Company, with transactions executed in USD.

The first sale involved 396 shares at a price of $63.1500 per share, leaving BlackRock with 56,348,528 shares, representing 4.9811% of the class. A subsequent, larger sale saw 2,889,871 shares divested at the same price of $63.1500 per share.

Following these transactions, BlackRock's balance in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. decreased to 53,458,657 shares, bringing its percentage of class ownership down to 4.7256%. This disclosure was made in the context of a privatization by way of scheme of arrangement.
