Jinxin Fertility swings to RMB1bn loss amid revenue decline

Jinxin Fertility Group swung to a net loss of RMB1,044.1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net profit of RMB190.3 million in the same period of 2024. Revenue declined 10.7% to RMB1,288.6 million.

The loss was driven by impairment of goodwill and intangible assets related to U.S. and Laos businesses, impairment losses under the expected credit loss model, and a RMB50 million one-off contribution to Jinjiang District Maternity and Child Health Hospital.

Gross profit fell 32.9% to RMB391.4 million, while non-IFRS adjusted net profit declined 68.3% to RMB82.3 million.
