Jinke Smart Services swings to RMB72m profit despite revenue decline

Jinke Smart Services Group reported a profit of RMB72.3 million for the first half of 2025, reversing a RMB190.3 million loss in the same period last year.

Revenue fell 3.1% to RMB2.33 billion, but the company slashed administrative expenses by 41.9% to RMB176.7 million. Gross profit margin improved to 19.6% from 19.3%.

The group held RMB1.98 billion in cash with no borrowings as of June 30.
