Central New Energy partners for Oman solar projects

Central New Energy Holding Group Limited has entered into a memorandum of understanding with EGN LTD to jointly invest in photovoltaic power plant projects in Oman and establish local photovoltaic module production capacity.

EGN will lead development of an integrated "generation-grid-load-storage" project including data centers, while Central New Energy will provide investment, construction, and operation of power plants and energy management services.

The collaboration includes establishing green energy component production bases in Oman. The three-year agreement is non-binding, with specific project details to be defined in separate agreements.
