Greentown Service Group reports 23% interim profit surge

Greentown Service Group reported profit attributable to equity shareholders surged 22.6% to RMB612.8 million for the first half of 2025.

Revenue increased 6.1% to RMB9,288.7 million, while core operating profit rose 25.3% to RMB1,073.8 million. Property services remained the largest contributor with revenue growing 10.2% to RMB6,632.9 million.
