China Vanke reports 10.86bn yuan net loss

China Vanke Co., Ltd. reported a net loss of 10.86 billion yuan for the first half of 2025, compared to the previous year's loss.

Revenue fell 26.23% to 105.32 billion yuan, while gross profit declined 44.27% to 5.38 billion yuan. The company's net gearing ratio increased 9.8 percentage points to 90.4%.

Property sales dropped significantly, with the group achieving sales of 5.389 million square meters totaling 69.11 billion yuan, representing year-on-year decreases of 42.6% and 45.7% respectively.
