Coliwoo Transforms Old Bukit Timah Fire Station into Lifestyle Hub

Coliwoo, a subsidiary of LHN Limited, announced the launch of the reimagined Old Bukit Timah Fire Station in September 2025. This mixed-use development, located at 260 Upper Bukit Timah Road, will feature co-living residences for young professionals, students, and digital nomads.

The project will include experiential retail, community events, and eco-conscious initiatives. It offers self-sufficient living spaces with amenities like an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, requiring a minimum stay of six nights. The site will also incorporate environmentally friendly features such as solar energy systems and bicycle parking, aiming to be a vibrant community hub with activities from yoga to artisan markets. Coliwoo Bukit Timah Fire Station was awarded the Singapore Good Design's SG Mark in the Spatial Design category.
