Xiaomi awards HK$2.3bn in shares to employees

Xiaomi Corporation awarded 44.2 million shares worth HK$2.3 billion to 2,496 employees and service providers on August 20. The shares were granted at HK$52.55 each and will vest between 2025 and 2029 based on performance rankings.

The company also granted 248,300 options to two participants under a separate scheme, with an exercise price of US$0.1 per share.
