Standard Chartered repurchases £7.4m of shares

Standard Chartered repurchased 552,054 ordinary shares for £7.4m on August 19, 2025, across London Stock Exchange and CBOE platforms.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from £13.385 to £13.51 and were subsequently cancelled, reducing total issued shares to 2.31bn.

The repurchases represent 2.156% of shares bought back under a mandate authorizing the purchase of up to 236.4m shares.
