Inkeverse subsidiary invests RMB100m in AI company

Beijing Meelive, an Inkeverse subsidiary, agreed to purchase 9,950,617 Series A Preferred Shares in Skywork AI for RMB100,000,000, representing approximately 0.67% of the company's enlarged share capital.

Skywork AI specializes in artificial general intelligence and was valued at RMB15,014,700,000 as of March 31, 2025.
