BlackRock increases ENN Energy stake amid privatisation

BlackRock disclosed multiple derivative contract dealings in ENN Energy Holdings on August 19, 2025, amid the company's ongoing privatisation by scheme of arrangement.

The transactions involved contracts for various amounts of securities at reference prices ranging from $64.20 to $64.45. BlackRock's total securities balance increased from 3,434,200 to 3,483,900 shares by day's end.

The dealings were made for discretionary investment clients through the asset manager's role as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy.
