Prudential repurchases 306,000 shares for cancellation

Prudential Plc repurchased 305,828 ordinary shares on August 18, 2025, from Merrill Lynch International at an average price of £9.8194 each. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange with prices ranging from £9.7880 to £9.8760.

The company will cancel the repurchased shares, reducing its total issued shares to 2,574,047,523. An additional 296,153 shares repurchased on August 15, 2025, are also awaiting cancellation.
