Guotai Junan issues 2.3bn yuan notes backed by Guotai Haitong

Guotai Junan Holdings Limited has issued 2.3 billion yuan in 1.90% guaranteed notes due 2028, unconditionally backed by Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. The notes are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for professional investors only.

As of December 31, 2024, the group reported total revenue of 61.8 billion yuan and profit attributable to equity holders of 13.0 billion yuan. Total assets stood at 1.05 trillion yuan.

Proceeds will refinance existing debt and fund general corporate purposes.
