US tariffs threaten Impro Precision operations

New 50% US tariffs on 407 steel and aluminum derivatives, effective August 18, 2025, will impact 60% of Impro Precision Industries' US-bound products sold on delivered duty paid terms.

The tariffs exceed the group's gross profit margin, making continued supply commercially unfeasible. US sales represented 44.4% of total revenue in 2024. The company is negotiating cost-sharing arrangements with customers.
