PW Medtech cancels 51m shares in major buyback

PW Medtech Group cancelled 50.9 million shares on August 18, reducing its total issued shares to 1.48 billion.

The company cancelled 4.4 million shares repurchased in July at an average price of HK$1.443, plus 46.5 million treasury shares. The cancellation represents a 3.4% reduction in the company's share count.
