Guotai Junan Holdings lists 2.3bn yuan guaranteed notes

Guotai Junan Holdings Limited has listed 2.3 billion yuan 1.90 per cent guaranteed notes due 2028 on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The notes are issued under a $3 billion medium term note programme and are unconditionally guaranteed by Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd.

The listing became effective on 19 August 2025 through debt issues to professional investors. Joint global coordinators include Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, and Standard Chartered Bank.
