Ascletis Pharma raises HK$475m through share placement

Ascletis Pharma Inc completed a HK$475 million capital raise through a share placement and subscription agreement. The company sold 52.4 million existing shares at HK$16.45 each, representing a 9.9% discount to the previous closing price.

The proceeds will primarily fund research and development activities and working capital requirements.
