China Southern Airlines reports 7.3% passenger traffic growth

China Southern Airlines reported a 7.29% year-on-year increase in passenger traffic to 30,790.20 million in July 2025, with passenger load factor improving by 0.50 percentage points to 84.38%.

Cargo and mail traffic rose 3.60% year-on-year, with the cargo load factor increasing by 1.66 percentage points to 50.89%.

The airline's fleet reached 950 commercial aircraft following the addition of eight new aircraft and disposal of one during the month.
