Prudential buys back £2.9m of shares for cancellation

Prudential plc purchased 300,532 of its ordinary shares on August 13, 2025, at an average price of £9.7978 per share. The shares were bought from Merrill Lynch International with prices ranging from £9.7540 to £9.8460.

The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares. Following this transaction, Prudential will have 2,574,944,603 shares in issue.
