Nexteer Automotive announces new chairman and chief executive

Nexteer Automotive Group Limited announced major leadership changes effective August 13, 2025.

Lei Zili has resigned as chairman and chief executive and will become a non-executive director. Ding Fengtao, currently a non-executive director, will assume the roles of executive director, chairman and chief executive.

The board noted that Ding's dual role as chairman and CEO deviates from listing rules but believes it will provide consistent leadership and effective strategy implementation.
