Capital VC plans HK$54m rights issue after capital reorganisation

Capital VC Limited is proposing a capital reorganisation involving reducing share value from HK$0.25 to HK$0.01 per share and a share subdivision, cutting accumulated losses by approximately HK$108 million.

The company plans a 1-for-1 rights issue at HK$0.12 per share, aiming to raise up to HK$54 million. Net proceeds of HK$52.9 million will fund securities investments and working capital.
