Everbright Water reports mixed half-year results amid shifts

China Everbright Water reported revenue of HK$3.28bn for the six months ended 30 June 2025, down 2% from HK$3.35bn in the prior year.

However, gross profit rose 8% to HK$1.37bn, improving the gross profit margin to 42% from 38%. Profit attributable to equity holders decreased 3% to HK$564m.

The company declared an interim dividend of HK6.09 cents per share. Total assets increased by HK$2.32bn to HK$38.21bn, driven by growth in contract and intangible assets.
