Seazen Group reports RMB1.66bn July contracted sales

Seazen Group Limited reported contracted sales of RMB1.661 billion in July 2025, covering 214,000 sq.m.

For January to July 2025, aggregated contracted sales reached RMB11.990 billion across 1,549,000 sq.m.

The company's property lease portfolio comprised 176 properties with total gross floor area of 16,225,000 sq.m. July rental income was RMB1.115 billion, while commercial operating income reached RMB1.200 billion.

Seven-month aggregated rental income totalled RMB7.594 billion, with commercial operating income of RMB8.144 billion.
