The unconditional mandatory cash offer for Bright Smart Securities & Commodities Group by Wealthiness and Prosperity Holding Limited is progressing. Completion remains conditional on satisfying regulatory conditions with the SFC and NDRC.

Morgan Stanley disclosed dealings on August 8, purchasing 80,000 ordinary shares for $1,008,060 and selling 8,000 for $99,760 for hedging purposes.
