Qidian Guofeng awards 23.4m shares to 941 service providers

China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited awarded 23,400,620 shares to 941 service providers under its share award scheme.

The recipients include 388 providers for the liquor business, 502 for the training business, and 51 serving both sectors. The shares will vest 12 months from the grant date and will be satisfied through new share issuance.
