Xiaomi issues 57.6m shares in early August

Xiaomi Corporation issued 57.6 million new Class B ordinary shares between August 4-7, 2025, primarily for employee share awards and options.

The largest issuances occurred on August 7, with 23.9 million shares issued under a share award scheme and 33.5 million shares under the 2023 Share Scheme, both at HK$0 per share. Smaller amounts totaling 176,000 shares were issued at HK$2.7 per share across the four-day period.

The issuances increased Xiaomi's outstanding shares from 21.45 billion to 21.51 billion shares as of August 7.
