Wharf REIC raises dividend despite HK$2.4bn loss

Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited declared an interim dividend of HK$0.66 per share, up from HK$0.64 last year, despite reporting a group loss of HK$2.4bn compared to HK$1.05bn in 2024.

The widening loss reflects a larger property revaluation deficit of HK$5.1bn, though underlying net profit held steady at HK$3.1bn. Group revenue fell 1% to HK$6.4bn.
