China Galaxy Securities raises 10bn yuan in dual debt offerings

China Galaxy Securities raised 10 billion yuan through two debt offerings completed on August 7.

The company issued 6 billion yuan in corporate bonds, split between 3 billion yuan in three-year bonds at 1.79% and 3 billion yuan in five-year bonds at 1.90%.

Separately, it raised 4 billion yuan through 314-day commercial paper at 1.65%. Both issuances will supplement working capital.
