Yum China repurchases 68,339 shares at $46.82 average

Yum China Holdings repurchased 68,339 shares on August 5 at an average price of $46.82 per share, while issuing just 104 new shares at $43.64 for employee incentive plans.

The company has now repurchased 3,856,154 shares under its current mandate of up to 37,239,649 shares, leaving significant capacity for further buybacks. Total issued shares now stand at 369,406,968.
