Xiaomi issues 14m new shares from options and bonds

Xiaomi Corporation issued 14,015,187 new shares in July 2025, bringing its total issued shares to 21,450,624,380.

The increase came from employee stock option exercises that raised $561,031 and conversion of zero coupon convertible bonds due 2027. Following the conversions, $797,600,000 of these bonds remain outstanding.
