Standard Chartered reduces share capital by 18.3m shares

Standard Chartered reduced its issued ordinary shares by 18.32 million in July 2025, bringing the total to 2.32 billion shares.

The reduction came through five separate share cancellations throughout the month, for shares repurchased between June 23 and July 25. An additional 2.04 million shares repurchased in late July were pending cancellation at month-end.
