Morgan Stanley deals in Bright Smart Securities shares

Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc disclosed dealings in Bright Smart Securities & Commodities Group Limited shares on August 4, 2025, related to the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The firm, identified as a Class (5) associate connected with an offeror, purchased 224,000 ordinary shares for $2.56m at prices ranging from $11.11 to $11.77. It also sold 126,000 shares for $1.45m at prices between $11.31 and $11.77.

Both transactions were attributed to hedging of Delta 1 products from client-driven orders.
