China Isotope sees major ownership restructuring

China Baoyuan Investment will transfer all its shares in China Isotope & Radiation Corporation - representing 33.79% of total issued capital - to China National Nuclear Corporation.

Upon completion, CNNC will directly hold these shares while maintaining its existing 40.04% indirect stake, giving it total control of 73.83% of the company.
