Prudential settles Malaysian dividend dispute for $83m

Prudential plc settled with Detik Ria Sdn Bhd over a dividend claim initially worth $833 million plus interest. Under the agreement, Prudential will pay $83 million to Detik Ria and waived $33 million owed by the company.
