Nameson Holdings reports 5% profit decline for 2025

Nameson Holdings Limited reported profit attributable to owners fell 5.35% to HK$342.3 million for the year ended 31 March 2025, down from HK$361.7 million in 2024. Revenue declined 0.6% to HK$4,352.1 million.

The decline was attributed to lower net gains and increased general and administrative expenses. The company declared a second interim dividend of 1.5 HK cents per share, maintaining a full-year dividend payout ratio of 75%.

Cash and cash equivalents decreased by HK$286.5 million to HK$430.8 million.
