CSC Financial appoints Central Huijin director as vice chairman

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. nominated Mr. Zhu Yong as non-executive director and vice chairman, subject to shareholder approval. Zhu is currently a dispatched director of Central Huijin Investment Ltd.

The appointment triggers a broader board reshuffle affecting key committees. Zhu will join the Development Strategy Committee and Audit Committee, while existing directors Yang Dong and Hua Shurui will move between committees.
