Xinming China raises HK$84.2m through rights issue

Xinming China Holdings Limited raised gross proceeds of HK$84.2 million through a fully subscribed rights issue at HK$1.12 per share.

Net proceeds of HK$78.9 million will primarily settle convertible bonds, repay loans and cover payables (92%), with the remainder for working capital.
