Solomon Systech appoints new chairman Yang Kun

Solomon Systech (International) Limited will see Ma Yuchuan resign as non-executive director and board chairman effective July 29, 2025.

Yang Kun has been appointed as his replacement, taking on the roles of non-executive director and board chairman on the same date. The changes also include committee restructuring with new appointments to the nomination committee.
