Digital Technology Company reports HK$89m loss amid revenue decline

Modern Innovative Digital Technology Company Limited reported a loss of HK$89m for the year ended 31 March 2025, compared with HK$88m the prior year.

Revenue fell significantly to HK$74m from HK$145m, primarily due to lower gross profit and increased administrative expenses. Total assets declined to HK$677m from HK$768m.

The board did not recommend a dividend for the year.
