Morgan Stanley sells $3.9m Bright Smart derivatives

Morgan Stanley disclosed major derivative sales in Bright Smart Securities & Commodities Group Limited on July 25, totaling over $3.9 million.

The investment bank, a Class (5) associate connected with an offeror in a possible general offer, sold 258,000 units of derivatives for $3.88 million, including 238,000 units at $15.02 each.

Morgan Stanley also made a smaller $62,420 purchase of 4,000 derivative units at $15.61. All transactions resulted in zero resultant balance for the associated party.
