Lvji Technology raises HK$151.8m through rights issue

Lvji Technology Holdings Inc. will issue 843.6 million rights shares at HK$0.18 each, raising approximately HK$151.8 million before expenses on a one-for-two basis.

Net proceeds of HK$141.6 million will fund electronic tour guide system upgrades, overseas expansion, robotics acquisitions, and working capital. RaffAello Securities will fully underwrite unsubscribed shares.
