Yum China repurchases $3.2m shares across multiple exchanges

Yum China Holdings repurchased 147,217 shares on July 24 across multiple exchanges, reducing its total issued shares to 369,949,165.

The company bought 65,641 shares on the NYSE for $3.2m at prices between $48.53 and $49.33, and 16,300 shares on the Hong Kong exchange for HK$6.3m at prices ranging from HK$381.8 to HK$389.

Under its current mandate approved in May, Yum China is authorized to repurchase up to 37.2m shares, with 3.2m shares or 0.85% repurchased to date.
