China South City appoints new executive director

China South City Holdings Limited has appointed Li Zhi, aged 45, as executive director and group vice president, effective July 25, 2025.

Li will oversee the group's internal audit and legal affairs under a three-year contract and will not receive director's remuneration. He previously held management positions at Shenzhen SEZ Construction and Development Group and is deputy secretary, director and general manager of Shenzhen First Asia Pacific Property Management Company Limited.

The appointment follows Liu Heng's resignation as executive director and group vice president due to position re-designation.
