China Shenhua Energy raises transaction cap to RMB15bn

China Shenhua Energy Company Limited revised its annual cap for continuing connected transactions with China Railway Group from RMB7.4 billion to RMB15 billion for 2025.

The transportation services cap increased from RMB200 million to RMB6 billion, while other products and services rose from RMB200 million to RMB2 billion.

The adjustment supports a new logistics general contracting project with China Railway Group, estimated to generate approximately RMB5 billion in transportation revenue.
