China Mengniu Dairy buys back HK$3.4m shares

China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on July 25 for HK$3.43 million, with prices ranging from HK$17.02 to HK$17.28 per share.

The shares will be cancelled. Since May 30, the company has conducted multiple buybacks with volumes of 80,000 to 500,000 shares at prices between HK$15.90 and HK$18.18.

Under its current mandate, Mengniu has repurchased 5.75 million shares, representing 0.147% of issued shares.
