China Communications Construction reports 3% contract growth

China Communications Construction Company Limited reported new contracts worth 991.05bn yuan in the first half of 2025, up 3.14% year-on-year and achieving 49% of its annual target.

Infrastructure construction dominated with 897.7bn yuan, led by port construction growth of 15.90% and urban construction up 7.27%. Overseas markets contributed 200.4bn yuan, representing 20% of new contracts.

Major deals included a 10.9bn yuan multi-functional venue and office building in Riyadh and a 1.5bn yuan port project in Nantong.
